Excellent conferences organised independently from the EPS are encouraged to apply for the EPS Recognised Conference label.

The EPS promotes excellent research in physics through the organization and recognition of physics conferences in Europe that meet high scientific standards.

Approval Process

Applications should be submitted at least 6 months prior to the event.

Review the EPS Recognised Conference guidelines.
Submit your event information via the online form below.
Receive approval e-mail from the EPS Conference Committee to be labeled as an official ” EPS Recognised Conference”.
Apply for Grants.
Ensure the EPS logo is included on all conference materials.
Submit a conference report via the online form below after the event has taken place.
